Well there are scrolls that leads to -50% or -75% XP Gain. But no total stop.

Never add that horrible feature in T1. It will totally destroy for all the new players if they will get ganked by twinks like during live. IF you want to be able play in t1. Play your toon till it hits t2, then delete. Roll new one and start over.

Yea, agree about this. Many already use double pots in T1 as it is now. I reroll all the time because when lvl 16 you are just food for high lvl players.

You are what? With 16 starts the fun. Don't blame higher ranked players for not being successful as fresh starter in the merged tiers. Get more experience with your char and it will become much easier despite a lower rank.

Even with "experience", there is only so much you can do as a lvl 16-30 against a full conq + SC weapons equipped player.
Point is, it's no fun feeling like dead weight for 2 and a half tiers

Then go do PvE. That was the option when there was no action in the midtier.
Bolster works. You're not going to be leading the charge, but you CAN make a difference. It's not going away, and XP-off is not being implemented. Pointless topic being locked.
