Keep upgrade: Healing ritualist and Lifetap Ritualists

Hello!!!
Last night we had a really cool siege in Dragonwake; it had been a long time since I’d seen one like that. Even though Destro ended up winning, it was a good fight.
The thing is, LOS AUTÓNOMOS had claimed the keep and we put all the upgrades to the maximum level, including the Healing Ritualist and the Litetap Ritualist. The wiki only says that they do heals around them and/or damage (depending on the upgrade), but it doesn’t say anything about range, cooldown, amount healed, whether it’s AoE or just ST on random players, etc.
We know how the rest of the keep upgrades work, and with this one we thought we knew how it worked (AoE heals around them), but today, after going over the siege video and the combat log, I haven’t found a single heal coming from these NPCs, even though you could see them moving their staff as if they were casting abilities.
Does anyone know exactly how they work? Could a GM clarify this a bit?
Under normal circumstances I’d test it myself to see how it works, but since this is such a specific situation (we need a siege with a serious defense, a claimed keep, etc. etc.) I think it’s better to ask the GMs.
You can see the combat log on the siege video:
