Return of Reckoning

Hi,

So, is Dwarf and Elf T1 locked and taken out of the game?
Even when Empire T1 is locked by players, Dwarf and Elf T1 are still locked and you can't capture the BOs.
You can't do a thing in those zones any more, which is sad.

with all the killquests available you can outlevel T1 so fast i don't even know why people even bother leaving the warcamp, simply joining SC and returning said quests will bring you to T2 in no time
