[morale regen] missing statistics

Hi.
Are there any plans for weapons/shields for tanks, better jewelry with morale regen?
Something like SC weapons for healers at rank 61.
I think the PvE team mentioned something about other weapons from the lair boss (HE/DE pairing), but so far I haven't been able to find anything like that.
I would also like to point out that the only stat that is not included in soulstone talismans is morale regen (fortitude too, but I don't think there is any desire to include this stat in the game apart from the only item from LoD).
