Marauder Axe throw not getting mutation procs?

As the title says, is this a thing, or am I somehow getting terrible RNG?

Firstly, if this were a bug, it should have been posted to the bugtracker.
Secondly, it's an intentional change and was noted before. Your throwing axes are not your mutation arm, and will not proc Mutations here.

Jagged edge still procs on axes tho.. try that

Oh. I see. So marauder axes were an issue. Oh well, can live with it. Was great fun to make people bleed from afar, though.
I'm guessing bright wizards won't exactly stay the same forever then :>, if balance is being made to alter the original game.

Actially. In live they took the moral proc off of slayer axes doin 300 unmitigatible 8 times... so you see.. they nerfed the slayer for you and now the mara to balance. Calm down.
