Bloodlust can now be heal debuffed?

Anyone play around with this tactic? I swear a few weeks ago it couldn't be heal debuffed, now it can.

I mean it would make no sense for it to not be heal debuff immune. Its tactic applying a heal not a % lifetap so there would be a healing source. Are you sure that the guys you were fighting a few weeks ago didn't consider the healing the tactic does and just were not applying the heal debuff?

Perhaps. Not really worth using then - must be a pve tactic.
