[chosen] Iconic tactic

If the devs manage to deal with the DPS balance patch, will it be possible to fix Chosen?

What has always defined Chosen on the live server and for some time in RoR?
CS, of course.
Someone came up with the idea of completely removing CS (utility) and giving Chosen Daemonclaw (off-self buff) instead.

I don't know what caused it. Apparently, it was too powerful, but at the same time, SM received what was stolen from Chosen :) with a reduced dmg debuff value to 20% (Raking Talons tactic).

Chosen is in a strange state right now. It definitely has too little utility compared to Knight.

I would like to strengthen Chosen's utility and reduce its damage by restoring some of the changes.

1. Remove the Corruptive Power tactic,
2. Remove the Relentless Spirit damage component from the Oppressing Blows tactic,
3. Remove the Daemonclaw tactic.
4. Replace the current Daemonclaw with Crippling Strikes - If you critically hit a target, it deals 20% reduced damage for 5 seconds (originally it was 25%, but since SM has 20%, Chosen should too).

Additionally, the knight received a very good new aura, To Victory!, while the chosen still has the useless Corrupting Horror in the middle tree. Maybe a new one should be invented, one that will be worth 1 mastery point.

Since even SL got his iconic Rampage back, why not the chosen?

Since all "automatic" and AOE buffs/debuffs got nerfed recently the debuff would be only 10% damage reduction I guess.

Slayer did not get "iconic" rampage back.
Now if you only look at the skill you might think that, but gotta remember the avoidance changes make it quite a bit worse.

And I don't see CS coming back, though idk what type of procs in the past could crit that probably can't anymore so it would be tad weaker. I could see maybe only path of dread direct dmg crits, excluding Dreadful Agony, for a 4s -10-20%, non-refreshable.

Need something to balance vs KOTBS Laurels of Victory (-20% crit damage).

+1 to replacing the 'Corruptive Power' tactic with "Any time you critically hit an enemy, they will deal only 85% damage for 10 seconds."

15% general damage reduction = -20% crit damage

Not exactly.
SM has 20% aoe damage reduction. However, SM only needs to hit the target, while chosen would have to land a critical hit.
Why wouldn't Chosen have it, since the tactic originally belonged to him?

CS launched on critical direct hits.
On live, it refreshed if I remember correctly, but on RoR, such effects do not refresh, I believe.
