The respawn timer of about ~2 hours seems a bit long to me, only 3 people per faction can profit from it every 2 hours.
Reducing the timer to 30-60 minutes would be beneficial for all players that look for some extra XP during leveling.

It's almost never up since that youtube video came out showing it to everyone

The XP boosting Scrolls from these rare creatures will soon be available through a vendor in the next patch. To get these, you'll have to help new players that are below your current level range.

And if demand is rising, perhaps we can add a few more spawns for these in the world.
