Return of Reckoning

The idea behind the Mentor’s quests seems very good to me, but I think there’s a small detail that could make them even better.

I’d like to suggest that Mentor’s Marks be account-bound (like Expedition Resources or Warband Leader Marks), rather than character-bound. That way, we could buy the seed bags with any character that has Cultivation.

Why? Because it would be really unlucky to get a purple seed on a character you use for a different profession, and ending up with a purple seed you can’t cultivate (or having to switch professions just to grow it) is a real pain.

+1 to this. I really like the Mentor marks, and it would be nice to send the Marks around.

Should at least remove bind of pickup on Apprentice Boon and Seed bags, first i don't see the point to have a binded XP scroll on mentor toons who are mostly already 40 or maybe i'am missing something ?
Second, we could sell those XP scrolls and seed bags directly at AH, it might be fun.

And btw if you make Marks account-binded, some fresh rerolls may unlock master mentor title by buying the pocket items with it. Not sure what to think about that.

While we aren't currently planning to make the Mentor's Marks account-bound, we agree that the XP Apprentice Boons purchased for Mentor's Marks would benefit from this significantly as most level 40 players no longer need these.

The regular Apprentice Boons will remain BoP, but starting next patch, the Mentor's Mark versions will now be account-bound, so you can mail them to your alts after you spend some time helping others!
