Where can i find the forum rules?

I tried to find it, i was unsuccessfull.
Unfortunately, i broke the rules.
(I used too many capital letters in the title of my topic)

In my defense, this is the only forum i have ever used in my life. (And i always used it via my phone from my office)

And my english is not the best.

I dont want to get into trouble anymore.

So i would like to ask a link with the forum rules.

Thx a find this, but are this the rules of the forum? How should i know i cant use too many big letters.

I hoped something like rules on discord chanel.
