Cant see my 800 mail in my mailbox

i was afk when i noticed i had 200 mail sitting in my mailbox. went to chack it out and open it all and nothing pops up.. no mail, no bread from the last event or fortress stuff i get in the mail. please can someone help me figure this out. ive tried zmail an most of the addons designed to help the problem. thank u all
