World Server Disconnect
Posted: Mon Mar 02, 2026 6:04 pm
Hello,
I am experiencing a consistent disconnect when trying to enter the world after logging in.
Details:
Client version: 1.4.8 Build 573
Fresh installation (fully reinstalled, different directory)
Repair Game Files performed
New account tested (same issue)
Occurs on two different PCs
Tested via:
Home ISP connection
Mobile internet (USB tethering, bypassing router)
Multiple VPN locations (DE/NL/CA)
Windows 11 stable (not Insider build)
Antivirus removed during testing
Observed behavior:
Login works normally
Character list loads
World connection begins
TCP connection to sigmar.warol.net / thorgrim.warol.net is established
After ~10 seconds, the server closes the connection
Resource Monitor confirms that the client establishes an external TCP connection before it is closed by the server.
Since the issue persists across different networks and devices, it does not appear to be a local firewall, router, MTU, or ISP issue.
Could you please check if:
My IP range is being filtered by anti-DDoS / firewall rules
My session or account is flagged by any anti-abuse system
There is a server-side rejection during world handshake
Thank you.
