Potion of acclaim duration

Hello,

Todays topic I suggest the renown potions and their duration.
I do wonder if people in the community are happy with the 3day duration, or if we could maybe together come up with a different time that majority of the ror playerbase would find more fitting.

The current 3 day duration fits pretty much that you can pop one and play through the weekend and it will cover most of your playtime.
But for more alt heavy playfocus, players trying to play both realms based on which side needs help, and for those that also do pve on some of their play nights, maybe a shoter duration but several potions added as rewards would be more well recieved?

Arguments for a shoter potion but bigger stack:
- Allows for more flexability for groups/players who are pushing renown for fun or progression (crest are the gatekeeping progression factor anyways)
- Planning guild activities or social runs, can sometimes have players wanting to not swap or not attend pve runs because they have limited time on their hands and they have an active potion running they want to use.
- We already have 24hour version from some live events so the backend tech seems to exsist.

Below ive attached a poll.
The current reward, should it be desired to be changed could then be adjusted into a stack of smaller potion of acclaim from future rewards from quests, liveevents, weekendwarfronts and orvr influence weekly, guildcoin exchange, dungeon weekly and mentormarks etc.
3day duration standard potion changed to either:
3 potion of acclaim in a stack for 24hours duration
4 potions of accclaim in a stack for 4 hour duration
12 potion of acclaim in a stack of 4 hour duration

A stack of potion of acclaim would also be changed to stacking up to 100 per stack, instead of current 40.

Wont comment much since i dont like to switch characters but the bigger problem is imo the soulstone. I had some classes that i play rarely but when i do i go without tali on the ring or some low tier permanent tali

Seems like a buff for these organized lake stompers and nerf for all other people who like to jump here and there for a while.

Guess that depends on your outlook, ive had several cases of our guild group playing 4 evenings in a week. And when i asked about when a dungeon run would fit in, active potions of acclaim was a response that made some folks not want to do dungeons. Hence why I am asking for a broader perspective as our situation might be very niece

Perhaps it's not a matter of perspective, but rather experience with different games and their systems. People don't like changes to established mechanics, especially when they might negatively impact their gaming habits. Expanding existing systems is a better idea. This creates a sense of growth and offers new activities that might resonate with bored veterans. I am not against organized play, quite the opposite, but potential new incentives should be something new and fresh, not change to something that already exists.

With every other event letting players get 25% reknown linis + reknown pot + BO buffs. Don't think reknown matters almost at all anymore. Think crests are the only thing that matters at this point even with pve skips.

If you made reknown pots lower, it might slow things down a bit but not enough to matter imo. Crests are such a thottle past vanq

I really wish RR potions—and, more broadly, all consumables with identical effects—were streamlined alongside this poll. Multiple versions with different durations are unnecessary. There are far too many duplicate items doing the same thing, and the game is increasingly becoming an inventory bank-vault simulator rather than a PvP game, especially since each event just adds more replacements for existing potions with near-identical effects.
