Auction house need a rework.

With the current auction house, it's very easy to abuse the limitations of something that was made in 2008. I'd like to talk about 3 main issues I have with the auction house.
Only 70 auctions are visible at any time.
1. Therefore, I can artificially drive the price down and hurt any competitors.
Currently, tauts gobswort is 17silver per , but i only want to pay 14 silver each. So I can take a bulk backstock that I bought for 12 silver each at an earlier date and sell it all in stacks of one. with a 50 auction limit per char. I could make it so someone would have to buy out 630 auctions before they can even see the "real" stacks they would want to buy.
My proposal would be the ability to view multiple pages of items to see everything that is currently posted like in modern MMORPGs. If you look up an item, I should be able to view all items posted that I searched.
2. Currently, the add-on shineys is not baseline, so any new player looking to buy an armor potion and searches for the name "Unguent", which is the base name for armor pots. The first thing that was offered is the 5-minute "scam" potions. Following by the max level expensive ones. before offering the baseline "Lasting Stanchion Unguent."
My proposed fix is to take the name "unguent" out of any 5 min armor pots' names. So these can still exist for players to level apothecary while making sure it's not to be confused with actual armor potions. The current workaround is to look up "stan" to get to the 30-minute armor potions.
Based on my first argument as long as i spam more than 70 auctions at a time i could stop a player from ever seeing the "real" armor potions if they ever look it up by using "unguent."
3. Currently, AH tax rates are determined by the city Stars. I have not found in-game where this is listed; it may be in the wiki.
1 star - 12%
2 star - 10%
3 star - 8%
4 star - 6%
5 star - 4%
This is only for IC and Altdorf. The stars of the orc/dwarf cities' tax rate are only affected by IC/altdorf. Not sure if this is an oversight. What happens is that because of these tax rates, if one side starts to lose too consistently, the AH will not be used to post anything until it's at least 4 stars. This causes 2 issues.
1. Due to this, which greatly affects profit margins, all this ends up doing is hurting players unaware of these mechanics. Helps veteran AH user further abuse and corner markets by posting right before a city goes under siege. Now no one can compete with prices for 32-48 hours cause they locked in a better tax rate.
2. A key item like lini or pots doesn't get posed for a period of time and users looking to buy those items for rvr now either don't get them or are forced to pay hiked prices.
I like an incentive to fight over forts and cities, but don't think the AH should be a part of this system. I think a flat 6% tax rate should be added, with it going down to that 4% only at 5 stars. As a fix based on a compromise that also keeps the original idea there.
I know this is going to be a low-priority fix, but I love the market of this game and want to make it as easy and accessible to all players, and also protect newer players.
Apologize in advance for my terrible grammar. Thank you for reading.
TL;DR: Auction house is outdated, allowing knowledgeable players to abuse other players.
