People what about SW festrering arrow skill? Had some SCs this week when SW 1 shot me with full health. Well moral 2 (+100% of damage) combined with festering arrow should do a lot of damage but for sure not 1 shot FULL HEALTH level 26 marauder or lvl 26 Magus.... My mara got 4.ooo hit points Magus - 3.000.... Log screen had such numbers: 4.100 damage done to marauder and 4.500+ to magus lol...

Is it even possible to crit for 4k with all the buffs?

tactic can remove all mitigation from corp res, so only toughness will block some of the damage.

M2 is 100% increased damage

buff is 25%? increased damage

crit is +50% increased damage, and is calculated last?


highest I have been hit for is like 1800 or so

My bad, i didnt make screenshot... but this can be tested very easy.

I hit 3.1k on a Shaman the other day with a crit + 100% moral. Guard and toughness mitigate this though, it adds to the meta so everyone doesn't go full str/Intel gear and takes some defence though

people like to say the TTK is too low, but the game can turn into a huge snoozefest when 2 6 mans meet each other in a scenario. It's usually a 10 minute ordeal that ends up being like 6 kills to 2.

Festering Arrow needs a major nerf.

Last SC I was hit literally every shot for 2500-3000dmg right that nonsense..

No class on Destru gets something as ridiculous as Festering Arrow.. Give me a break. The guy single handily owned the entire SC, 2 shotting our healers every time.

Squigh herder with moral 2 and Posion arrer can do up to 3,6k damage, i know because i made them myself... you need a squishy one and most of the times don't get past 1,6k, but it is achievable in some people.

Maybe SW version is more reliable because i think it can skip resistances and SH version can't do that, but either both abilites are subject to many requeriments.
Can't say it needs a nerf when it is already pretty hard to achieve those numbers after mitigations, dodges, 3 sec cast and target running out of range,guards, moral damage reductions, taunt interumpts and only 100 feets range for a 3 sec cast ability.

Try the class, try the ability in T4 and tell me the ability is OP, i am pretty sure you will change your mind.

Well fester dont need any nerf... Its on 1 min CD with Moral and many Things have run perfekt that u Hit Hard. A simple detaunt and the dmg is gone... . And the hardest what Hit me Was 3,4 k and iam full glasscannon

It's not as big a problem as it used to be. I remember the t2 days when it was absolutely death.

Generally the sw that spec festering arrow are missing out on a fair bit of damage the rest of the time. For my book its a gimmicky waste but it would be interesting to see if any opinions on the tactic would change if squigs had it for a month.
