lost my whole UI

Hi Guys.
I have lost my whole UI in game.
I don't know what happened. I can't even get the logout option.
Anyone in here who knows what to do about it please?

Was it shift+y to hide UI?

For me it was Shift+z.

I have played with the UI Addons, and i think i maybe disabled them all.
How do I get it back again?

You can revert to defaults by getting rid of your UI profile on the problematic char
Found in user->setting-martyr square->*char name*
Delete or move whole folder and restart. It will recreate itself with default values
