Fastest way to 1-40 in 2026

Hi !
I've seen some old topics about leveling but everything is from around 2020
In 2026, what is the fastest way to do 1-40 ?
No care about the renown, only exp.

Running SCs with a premade group I would guess. Preferably event SCs on weekends for higher frequency.

Sometimes I face loosing strike and gain near zero XP on a whole SC.
PvE side, is grinding mob the best or maybe some quests ?

Scroll 50% more exp from Lucky Gobbo roaming npc in Blighted Isle, Ekrund qnd Norsca on the road between ch1 and ch2. 6hrs duration, can stack scrolls, if buff active gobbo wont drop another. Each zone has 1 gobbo respawn is around 1h. After click body stays for about an hour. Red hat tiny gobbo, you can camp near body, que for sc. Also repetable scout bos quests in rvr wc gives nice exp/h. But ya always be qued for sc. Normal quests and public q, pve is a waste of time.

This is an amazing answer. I will check for this Lucky gobbo.
PvE is a waste of time ? Bashing mobs with +50% scrolls and +50% lucky gobbo buff can be a good XP source while waiting for SC pop I think.

SC pretty much dead except weekends after update
