Addon request for capes/cloaks

I was wondering if anyone could make an equivalent PocketPalette AddOn for all capes or if one already exists. Would this even be possible? There are a few cloaks I missed out on in events or didn't know you could get them due to being unlocked from hidden quests. It'd be awesome if I could just apply the cosmetic even if others don't see it. Thanks.
