ZoneLockTimer - zone-lock countdown

ZoneLockTimer adds a small countdown overlay to your SoR when a zone in your current pairing/tier is close to locking.

What it does

• Shows a visible countdown for the relevant zone when the zone is close to locking.
• Lets you left-click or right-click the timer to announce the countdown to /1

Typical use

• Play normally in an active RvR pairing
• When the zone is close to locking, watch the countdown
• Click the timer if you want to announce "ZONE LOCK in xx seconds!" to region chat
