Adding ROR as a non-steam game and counting hours?

Hey, on steam you can add non-steam games and have steam count your in game hours. You can add the rorlauncher.exe to the library and pressing play opens the launcher but it doesn't count hours as it thinks the game isn't even open, matter of fact is seems to stop thinking the game is open instantly after pressing the play button. Does someone know a way to make it work normally and count hours?
