Hello!

Is it possible to progress, level and survive in this game only by doing 100% scenarios?

Without any PvE or RvR.

I am asking this because I want to start playing this game and after I saw some streams about it, my thought is to play only by doing scenarios, putting the other "activities" to the side.

I would like to see your answers about it.

Yes, it's possible. Depending on when you play, the rate at which they pop may vary, so many people will use RvR to fill that gap a bit.

Yes, im rr 88 mostly by doing sces.

its def possible as mentioned above you'll have slower times and other good times. i would personally suggest at least considering doing the pve grind once at 40 though. even if u only go up to Bastion Stairs (basically 3rd dungeon in progression) depending on class the set from there helps quite a bit with the gear power gap when entering t4 on a fresh char. each of those dungeons require IIRC only 4 runs to get the complete set. 4days worth of pve per dung and you're done.
not to mention you'll unlock wards all the way through invader ward allowing you to save a HUGE amount of crests and save up straight to the best rvr sets.
otherwise you will be severely warcrest starved more than likely, and could be for a good while. many ppl queueing scs will be warlord/sov/vic or close to it. you wont likely have very much fun running around in the early tier sets.

Level with SCs and when you reach 40 delete the char and make a new one. Scenarios for a fresh 40 are an abysmal experience.

Perhaps he will face some difficulties as fresh 40 but not as much as it was in the past as right now with the new proportions between exp / renown you can reach 40 by RR 50-55 which is not that bad.

It's bad. Assuming you blow all your crests on Vanquisher gear, you'll still be fodder.

That said 90% of scenario success is dependent on your team mates and opponents. You can go in naked and still do "well" if your side is dominating anyway. You can go in with full BiS rr80 and get smashed if the other side is dominating.

Yes, it is. I have always been an advocate for Scenario Play, as I have always considered it the most fun aspect of RoR. Unlike Open RvR each SC battle has a definite beginning, middle, and end therefore you don't really get caught up in the excruciatingly boring back and forth Blob-Fest which defines Open RvR.

A word on PvE however. There are some good weapons and armor sets to be had from the various dungeons, Bloodlord especially. Consider it.
