how to move old enemy unit frames to new enemy

my enemy addon is out of date, I want to install new enemy version but I will lose my unit frames( I was tracking my dots etc.) so is there any way to move my old dot trackers to new enemy? I mena effects indicators.

I have updated enemy many times, both with my changes and wholdor's changes and have NEVER lost my settings

is there any way to do updates automaticly or we all do them manually by downloading last version of the addons. I installed idrinth's Tools client but seems like it doesnt work anymore.
I am facing heavy shutter /lag when i enable addons, without any addon game is super smooth. is there any way to learn which addon causing this lag.

Just add new Enwmy addon to /interface/addons/
Your settings are saved in /user/ folder so not overwritten.
