[ADDON] Paint the Leader v1.1.1

Made some big changes to Paint the Leader, essentially a total rebuild from scratch:
Code rewritten for English (will work on localization later)
added y offset value for raising and lowering icon, must be negative number or it will go below the toon
fixed hide on self to actually work, also toggles on and off
added warband and party mode or warband only mode, so you can hide it in party but automatically have it show when converted to warband
added slash commands into main lua instead of separate file, cleans up addon
added new crowns with different colors and turned old crown selectable, default is gold crown
fixed MANY bugs, was not updating properly with new leader, would show on yourself after leaving party if you were the leader, would sometimes show icon above nothing if leader logged off, better performance, swapping faster to new leader without game performance issues

"/ptl" Show slash commands
"/ptl on" Enables the addon on by default
"/ptl off" Disables the addon
"/ptl noself Toggles hides the icon on yourself mode on and off
"/ptl mode" Toggles between warband and party mode and warband only mode
"/ptl scale <value>" Sets icon size in percent, defaults to 100
"/ptl icon <value>" Selects crown icon 1 through 6
"/ptl offset <value>" Sets the crown vertical offset, MUST be a negative number

Edit: Forgot to add you will need to delete the old PaintTheLeader-Fenris folder in addons as the folder name changed and may cause issues.
