Suggestion: Clear indicator for PvE rewards

I'd like to suggest making the PvE Weekly Influence rewards easier to access or keep track of.
Especially if you play several characters or both factions, it can be tedious to run back to the NPC just to check whether you have already handed in the weekly. There is also no clear visual indicator showing whether rewards are still waiting to be claimed, which makes them easy to forget.
I remember a previous discussion where one argument was that vendors are spread out intentionally so players make more use of the city. I can understand that idea, although it feels a little inconsistent considering that Scenario and ORvR influence vendors are already placed very conveniently.
Possible solutions could be:
* placing the PvE Weekly Influence NPC at or inside dungeon entrances,
* placing a PvE Weekly Influence NPC in the Guild Tavern,
* adding a clear UI indicator for unclaimed weekly rewards,
* perhaps showing the claim status directly in the **Tome of Knowledge**. ChatGPT says the old WAR UI references contain an `OnPlayerInfluenceRewardsUpdated` event tied to the Tome, which suggests that Influence reward state was tracked there in some form. I cannot remember for certain, but I think claimed Influence rewards may even have been greyed out there back in the day,
* or perhaps having one NPC where influence rewards from different types of content can be claimed, while the regular PvE reward vendors for War Tokens and Champion Marks remain in their respective quarters.
Not necessarily a major issue, just a small QoL improvement that would make managing the weekly across multiple characters or both factions less tedious.
