Avenging the debt is not working.

Killed a player in a scenario and my Oath friend and I did not get any healing from the ability. i also believe that in order for this ability to work well in rvr, it may have to be modified to something else. Haven't really thought what but it is extremely hard to time it and the benefit is minimal.
