t2 sc weapons

Maybe i am just tripping but with the current implementation, is just not only difficult, its outright impossible to get a t2 sc weapon and here is why:
-You are able to get t2 emblems from level 12 to level 21.
-Every win will get you a guaranteed t2 token but will also give you nearly 10% of you current level in exp, most likely more depending on the scenario. That means that the objective of winning 100 will probably put you out of the level bracket where the tokens are given, when you get to level 22, your only chance is to get them via drops in orvr, good **** luck with that.
So the only way to get them currently seems to either have a mix of the worst teams ever so you lose every game mixed with a luck that would make you millonaire to make that 33% chance of a token on a loss work for you every time.
Mind you that is ignoring every other aspect of the game almost entirely, using no kill quest so you dont get too much exp and outlevel the bracket, meaning no source of gold, no Orvr for influence gear, no nothing, you are asking players to devote themselves entirely to scs and rely on bizarre luck in order to obtain an item that is outclassed pretty soon.
So i am missing something or there is an horrible disconnection between the dev who did this and the actual game? Its really worrisome, itemzation and its horrible mismanagement was one of the things that made War fail originally.
