stuck at character selection screen

Hi Guys,
recently funny things began to happen. I could not log onto my IB Gurdan as anytime I pressed play the game started loading and everything seemed fine and it took time exactly like normal but in the end I didn't end up in the game but appeared back at the loading screen. I tried using /stuck and so on and finally managed to get inside the game. This problem kept returning though and sicne I only wanted to delete that char and send items and gold to my main I did that and thought the problem is solved. Now the thing keeps occuring on my main Ulbrecht.
Can you please help me? It seems logging out in Altdorf may cause this.
I eventually get into the game but the problem keeps reappearing.
