Not getting XP/renown from kills bug

I was playing Order and whenever I killed someone, no matter if I got DB or not, I was getting no rewards. Also I was unable to join any group. In scens it was ok, but something is wrong in ORvR atm coz when I tried on destro I was ALLL normal on ORvR. Server restart please? I also heard others having the same issue.

Had that 2 days ago, relogg on the char solved it though.

I tried relogging, restarting client but nothing worked.

Now happens on destro toons as well...very annoying. Plus I cannot self buff...
