I just reached level 23 and for the past few levels I haven't been getting any new abilities, do you stop getting new abilities after a certain level?

If you list what class you play people can tell you what abilities you get at any given level.

You can check your trainer to see at what levels you get new abilities.
After that level, you will get abilities at 25, 30, 35 and 40, as well as any abilities you buy from your mastery.

I meant 23

It's normal: cleanse tac at 21 iirc and nothing at 22. Then the long-awaited RUN AWAY! tac at 23 So check you're tactics tab in abilities window if ya haven't already.

Some levels you only get tactics and moral abilities. Nothing new on your hotbar.

there is an add on "anywheretrainer" i think , it allow you to see all your abilities , mastery and rr (i think) on ur character sheet
