Return of Reckoning

I have made an ingame bug report about this but have not gotten any response for 2 days so Ill take it to the forusm.

I accepted the T2 D/G inf reward and tried to talisman it but now I can't put a talisman in it, and can't close the window, only by pressing esc. The shoulders are gone and when I exit the game and relog the talisman window is back up and my item is still gone.

Could this be fixed please?

Easy fix > Log out and in again

Logging out and back in will not fix this. The only way to fix this is when the screen comes up when you log in is to put a tali in the slot and fuse. Now the item will appear in your inventory. This also happened to me
