Return of Reckoning

Just for funsies I bought the original WAR guide since the website is now defunct and simply just has the good-bye letter. Anywho, while I know the game has changed since that book was printed, there is something in the ability tables that I would like an opinion on.

Several of the explanations on the ability tables read like this: "Deals (187+DPS)*1.33 over 15s"

I have a theory, but can some kind player put that in noob-terms for me? Especially the asterisk after the parenthesis. There is no footnote anywhere in the book explaining what it means.

The asterisk is used as the multiplication symbol, so this formula would mean "187 plus your damage per second, multiplied by 1.33, done over 15 seconds".

x= 6-5x(4-5)x 9million and a half, i hope this helps
