Does anyone have any info on cool looking items in game right now that can be used for appearance modification!
Please share quest NPC, location or NPC to be killed locations!
Capes, head gear etc.

Bump. I also saw one chosen running in sentinel look alike set (at least helmet). I do not remember if it was possible on live but I would like to know how to get this stuff

2 I know of is:
For marauder - destruction chapter 8 in troll country, the tier 2 influence reward is a helm which looks like the first chosen helm.

For WP - Chapter 7 empire in troll country, the shoulder armor reward looks rather cool, only "plate" looking shoulders to get at this lvl I believe.

greenskin chapter 6 inf reward: big choppa o da tuff:
chaos chapter 8

has a unique appearance helmet reward for chosen, mara and black orc

dark elf chapter 8 has an helm reward for mara that looks like chaos chapter 8 helm reward for chosen

the item was the bandit queen helm for chosen



high elf chapter 8 or 9 has a helm reward for ib that looks like an engineer hat, it even has a wrench symbol on the front

Highjacking this thread alittle with two questions...

I only just started playing here, but when I got my Shaman a few pieces of gear, none of the items I equipped are even shown on the character, he's equipped with alot of items but looks naked. Can I fix this somehow?

And also, a few of the items I have say that "Alternate apperence available" or some such when I mouseover them, but how would I go about switching those around?

Alternate apearance work only if you wear a Bind on Pickup (BOP) Item and use an Bind on Pickup Item to alter its apearance. Also works for Bind on Equip Items. (BOE)

Go to the char screen ( P key) and mouse over the item that isnt showing.... one or two small boxes should appear click the one that says display.

I'd recommend checking out the Whitefire Tor chapter 9 dark elf camp. The final influence reward contains an unique-looking helmet. I have a couple of them myself, and I've honestly never seen anyone else wearing these helmets. There's a small catch to it though; It's going to take you a couple of hours. I'd guess it's the same for Order at high elf chapter 9, but I wouldn't know for sure. Chaos chapter 8 is also worth checking out for a rather cool looking helmet(for most classes at least), but those are way more common than the ones dropping in dark elf chapter 9.
