activation link doesnt come

the letter with the activation link isn't beeing sent, could u please activate the accs "fatim" and "energydrum"

There is no manual authentication method. This needs to be done by the end-user. Currently these appear to be delayed or not functional.

It doesn't work on certain emails like hotmail i think.
