Ruined figurines are missing from the crafting merchant

There used to be ruined figurines you could buy at the crafting merchant after shattered figurines that would help you level up to 50 more easily. Right now it's a pain to level.

They are still missing btw.. still a pain to level it up.

Grinding PQ's seems to work
