Return of Reckoning

I created an engineer today (called Gorram), and he didn't receive orvr currency for zone locks three times today. The first time it happened in the first session I played, right after character creation. I relogged several times after that, and the problem still occurs. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Edit: thought it was suddenly fixed but nope, next zone lock I got nada again.
