would like some Box of Scout Emblems at city vendors

Hi, I would just like to say that I could really use a way to down convert my Solider Emblems into Scout's, which would let me buy some nice weapons while I'm leveling. It's a long gap to go to get the 140 needed for scouts (used to be 200)..
