Return of Reckoning

Hi the chr of my friend and me are stucked. The /stuck command doesnt work because the game says we are not stationary so we also cant use or book or something else. And yes restart game ect. also doesnt work we also joined a battleground but also this didnt worked. So what can we do?
The name of the chr are Valnar and Atosch if someone wants to write us. THX
