You are not restricted to one side or the other, thus you'll encounter the same people on both sides.

having said that like it was stated before, you can play either side and choose which every class appeals to you

dont listen to the nonsense about "xrelming" this game has 24 fun classes so dont restrict your self to just 12

Order usually have more organised wbs and excel at mass rvr, while destro as a whole are pretty badly organised as a whole but run more 6-mans (in my experience)

You shouldn't choose a faction based on which side you think is "better." That is anticompetitive and promotes player stacking.

You should choose whatever faction you like better and enjoy playing more.

And in fact, honestly, if you feel the other side needs some help, you should probably even go the opposite way.

Where in the OP did it state he would only play for the better side?
