good day:
Yesterday while I disconnected the character disappeared boots and gloves were equipped . They are very important because they are under the influence are not common and I can not re- buy , please can you see it is my only character.

This will happen at times, you basically just have to wait for a server restart.

There is reboot almost everyday. Wait until tomorrow and test again.

If by chance they do not come back after server reboot there is not anything they can do. I lost all my cloaks of the lover through a mail bug months ago but I just chalked it to to "It's an Alpha"
