my friend who didn't play game for some time, now come back and his account is banned,
he told me "and when i try to login forum board it says this account permanently banned"
please try fix it

I checked into it, his account was banned for legitimate reasons. Maybe ask him if he was doing anything in particular that he shouldn't have been doing.

I have his log into game time, he was not playing for month, last time he was in game is 10/14/2015
and his level is only 13, so what he could do?

We know Radiance. He never would do anything bad. It's a good man . Please to unban him
