Could you tell me what's the name of targeting mod and skill activator mod?

Well, Target Ring puts the halo around the enemy. What do you mean spell activator? Do you mean Buffhead 2? That is what shows me buffs and debuffs above the players head. Or, do you mean the cast timer mod? I think that's called Quartz.
