Return of Reckoning

Hello,

this is a Bug which does not happen all the time, but if it happens its annoying:

Scenario Pops up and doesnt let you join because you are in combat - even if you arent in combat anymore. Doesnt even happen to all group members who were together in combat, but to some.

Only fix so far was to not fight mobs when you queued up for scs.

This will break the combat lock.
