for destro: SH + Sham, Dok + BG

I will assume you mean for the current bracket
Also its generally rare to happen across other duos so any pairing you go for will need some mobility, heals, cc and the ability to dmg from range whilst kiting as you will invariably need to contend with superior numbers
For this, in the current tier Shaman and AM would fit the bill for dps|healers best
You can run both Shamans/AMs or mix it up with another rdps (SH or SW both have excellent mobility and dmg. SH has better racial tactics for self preservation whereas SW has rKD and festerbomb for highest spike dmg)
sadly my personal favorite DoK + BG only reslly shines in T4
