Eye shot

The debate about range knock downs never ends..some want it mirrored to destro and some want it removed, 1 thing that everyone can agree on is how powerful a 65ft(or near 100ft with tactic) kd is.
I have seen a good few times sw's using rkd then fester arrow with m2 for near 1 shots, something that is near impossible to counter especially when the sw is not in view, be it behind you or to the side.
The fix or improvement has been mentioned before and i know the devs are aware of this suggestion but i feel as its still a problem which will continue to have the same impact going into t4 why not do something about it ? rkd - zerg runs you over, as bad as mara pull to zerg tactic.
Proposed change - Using eye shot from the side or rear will still damage and debuff ini but will no longer knock target down, only using eye shot from the front will knock the target down, after all "eye shot", we dont have eyes in the back of our heads.
This will have no impact on the survivability of the sw as eye shot will still be able to be used on that melle pushing to you or the rdps targeting you but will stop the bs rkd - zerg runs you over tactic, and by chance you fail to hit your target from the front you only have to wait 20 secs to try again.
