Cant Create new char

I download everything and its all fine but i dont have the option to create a character once i connect to the game. The only options i have is: cinematic - credits - settings and quit. Also theres nothing on the loading screen on the right side of the window. Help im confuse

Pretty sure ive done all that corectly.... The Hotspot shield might be the final Answer ?

Seems like i cant connect to the server...
