Return of Reckoning

Greetings and salutations mates. I'm happily maining a Goblin shaman in the destruction, but my little brother just started playing and wants to play order, i don't mind switching sides, but i found myself unable to decide which class i would like to play in this side.

I don't want to play an archmage because is similar to the shaman and i would like to try something different, and i like the range DPS style, so i decided to play a Shadow warrior or a Bright wizard, and here's where you my fellow order friends can help me out. Which one brings the most utility to a fight?, and which one would you consider the most adaptable to any combat scenario that could possibily present in higher tiers?

I really hope you can help me out with this, i would not like to create one and realize i don't like it or it is just not very useful in higher tiers after spending hours on it

if you have pocket healer i prefere BW if not go SW
now SW with festering arrow + M2 is pretty strong but in T4 isnt so strong (and gameplay on this sux )
but BW will suffer from good DoK and his group cleance

1. AM stronger than Shammy, but you are right - it nearly the same.
2. Most utility - BW
3. Most adaptive - SW

If you have or planning to have a whole support group (2 tanks, 2 healers and support DPS) - take BW and avoid SW
If you are planning to be a random roamer - both are good. But for BW it will be very specific spec, absolutely bad for being main DPS in the full sapport group

And remember - BW becomes only better with the higher lvls, but SW already good at current cap and hardly will be better at 40 lvl than it is now.

Solo roamer - Bright Wizard build
Solo roamer - Shadow Warrior build

If you wanna play a mobile single target dps - play SW
If you wanna play stationary caster and be a huge **** - play BW

I would say bw is more adaptive, bacause he has strong AOE for bomb group and also strong single target with ranged kd and incoming heal debuff. SW is more mobile, has more ccs and better survivability.

Thanks for the opinions guys, it is really helping to make me understand the overall way both classes are played.

I think after reading the comments i'm leaning towards the BW, as it sound like it brings a good ammount of utility with the healing debuffs and the DoTS, as the AOE poking and zoning potential. It kind of sounds fun XD

Oh great, one more BW

1. The BW build is bad.
2. The SW build is appropriate for the current lvlcap.
3. The main question is, what plays your brother?
