Game crash after log in

I just want to start game. I log in, game crash and get this massage......
can someone help me?

yes i´m sure war.....
but I still can´t find my post. Too mutch Gin tonic, when I write it down. Thats the reason why I make a new topic. sorry 4 that. ^^
Ok, I install HozSpot Shield, but it´s still the same...
I want play WAR thats soooo bad....
