Sorry in advance if I'm wrong, I've never seen BAL from destro side. But as I recall from my 100 WH those last BAL ticks aren't normal. IT TICKS TWICE A SECOND ON A LAST TICK. Sorry for bad english too

I, too, was a witch hunter 100rr. And I remember that the ability BAL in T3 whas OP an last tick 900 not much . I had the bigger numbers . it is not a bug .

In t3 with lvl37+ and lotd gear. We don't have the bonus dmg to produce such numbers with the current environment.

Nothing against your skills as a 100 rr WH but those ticks seem to be normal because they scale off of Fanatical cleansing in other words 50% increase to crit damage im sure you can do the math its not a bug at all

I had a 2842 crit on my SH last night from the last tick. That would be fine if we were lvl40.

Nobody here cares about the crit tactic when the base damage is too high. You probably forgot too much about the game.
