RvR influence

I was wondering if it would be possible to implement stuff like gaining rvr influence for lower tiers while doing higher lvl rvr tier (for example when I have outleveled tier 1 empier rvr and don't have it maxed I would gain a little percentage of t1rvr inf from doing t2rvr influence tasks)

Why is that? Because (I guess) there are some people like me who like their 'story' complete and want to have maxed every influence possible, and while it is possible to go back for public quests influence and just grind it to maximum there is no possible way to get back to tier 1 and kill anything while being a chicken (also as far as I noticed, while being a chicken we don't recieve any rewards for capturing battle objectives and stuff). At the moment we don't have enough people to make very tier alive and it would allow people to go forward without worring about this influences (I'm stuck in tier 2 trying to max my influence atm but as t2 is not alive as it was it's keeping me in that tier just because I want to have my influences maxed)

So for last word a little bit of example: let's say I just rushed to tier 3 and I dont have any rvr influences maxed. Then I go simply with the zerg/solokills/BO's and gain influence. For one kill (solo) I'm getting 100 influence and that also would reward me with (let's say) 10 influence for tier 1 and 20 influence for tier 2. That way while we are capped to tier 3 after a bit of fighting I'd have all my rvr influences maxed (not that it would give me any advantage over other players as gear from lower tiers is much worse than green tier 3 counterparts).

Ok, so I leave it up to discussion! By the time it's implemented I'll probably have my influences maxed anyways but there might be others that would profit from it too!

Cheers guys and keep up the good work! You awakened my old warhammer spirit with that project!

This post is old, but that is probably the best idea I've seen regarding completing T1 quests. There could be a toggle or something similar, a checkbox, or selection menu, where you could choose to earn T1 influence and kill count for those RvR quests you have not completed. That would allow you to get the tome unlocks, the influence gear, and the Hunter set gear. All that without the issue of debolstering, which devs are not very keen on doing, considering the problems that could entail. Once the quests and influence are complete, the selection for that zone would grey out (or be unavailable by any other means), and everyone would be happy.
