Where do we request particular items to have the option for alternative appearance?
I was requesting that the Outlaw items to have Alt Appearance, but I want I didn't feel it was appropriate to make a bug tracker for something cosmetic like this.

It would be interesting if devs removed the required lvl for appearance.
